These are the flower borders of which I am so very proud! We finally were able to finish them in time for Carson's birthday party on Saturday. We still did not have borders from when we remodeled the house last year. They look nice huh?!? Well, that's the first one anyway. Now I have to starting saving my pennies again to be able to do the next set on the side yard. Next year, next year...

This is just beautiful. We also have a front porch and I love decorating it with hanging baskets and flower boxes.
It's a little nostaligic, but I think front porches say "welcome" more than anything else.
