Ok...this might just possibly be the sexy man alive...or created anyway. I have fallen in love once again with Gus. I reread Lonesome Dove by Larry McMurtry for the 4th? time. I cannot remember how many times I have read it actually. Several. Watching it and reading it start to run together. And I must say that Robert Duvall as Gus was a stroke of genius...speaking of sexy. After reading it this time though, I started to do a little reading about McMurtry and his thoughts on the book. Interesting. I have read the other books too, but none hold a candle to Lonesome Dove. I have not, however, seen or read Brokeback Mountain. I am quite possibly the only person alive who has not seen it. It is on the To Do list. I spend precious little time with the TV."I sure would like to see that country (Montana) before all of the lawyers and bankers get to it." Woodrow Call (who's no slacker himself!)
