Today I read an article in which the founder of Papa John's Pizza has finally rediscovered his long lost love. What a lovely story. And when I say lovely, I really mean that I am jealous.I have heard the advertisement for years about how this guy sold his muscle car to start a pizza chain, and now he has a huge franchise that has stores all over the country. And of course they still use the same wholesome and quality ingredients in their pizzas...yada, yada, yada...
Well, apparently the owner of Papa John's was finally able to locate his long lost love, the muscle car, this week. He purchased it from the guy for $250,000 written on a gigantic check. And, of course, it is a Camaro. Now...while it is a '71, not my favorite year because of the change in body styles, I would be happy to drive such a machine. I know that he is so very happy. What a fun find!
What a lovely story about true love and living happily ever after. *sigh*
