Second: Answer the questions.
1. How many children do you have? I have three children. Two girls and a boy.
2. What are their ages? 16, 14 and 8. There is a six year difference between my youngest daughter and my son. It took a little convincing to have another go at having a boy. :)
3. What time of day do you start your day? I get up about 5:15 or so. I have to be at work at 6:45 in the morning, so we are up early and out of the house before the sun is up it seems!
4. What do you eat for breakfast? Coffee...lots and lots of coffee...and if I am still drinking it at 11 does it count as breakfast?!?
5. Do they watch TV? They watch some, but not tons. Between marching band, tennis team, and maybe swim team this year, we have little TV time. On average I would say 3 to 4 hours a week maybe.
6. Do you get a break during the day from them? Well, I have the other extreme...I work full time, so I relish every moment that I can get with them.
7. How do you end your day? Spending time with my husband reading or watching a movie maybe. We have a few minutes after everyone is in bed and all of our "stuff" is finished to be able to see one another...usually about 10:30 or so.
8. What is your best parenting advice or tip? The best advice that I can give is to be consistent. Consistent between what the two parents say, consistent between kids, and consistent over time. Kids will always know what is expected and reach attainable goals. They know their boundaries and gain confidence from their successes.

I love coming to your blog and having all these posts to read!!!
Excellent.
Fun to learn more about you too.
There is a 7 1/2 year difference between our youngest and our middle child...so I totally understand what it is like to deal with this age gap. When my oldest starts high school, our youngest will start kindergarten. It boggles the mind.
BTW, that is great parenting advice.
Blessings, and have a wonderful weekend.
